Course Synopsis: Emotional Vocabulary – Where Words Meet Feelings
Understanding your emotions starts with naming them—and not just broadly, but precisely.
Emotional Vocabulary is a 12-week immersive course designed to deepen your emotional intelligence by comparing 125 pairs of emotions that are often confused, but uniquely distinct. Each lesson explores two related emotions side by side—such as guilt vs. shame or hope vs. optimism—unpacking their meanings, bodily sensations, emotional intensity, and the subtle shifts in how they feel.
Each weekday, you’ll focus on just two emotions per day—intentionally paced to give your heart and head time to connect. Learning happens not only through logic and language but through emotional experience, reflection, and resonance. On the 6th day of each week, you’ll reinforce what you’ve learned with quizzes, creative puzzles, and recap exercises that support deeper integration.
Every lesson includes:
- A clear definition and comparison of two emotions
- Descriptions of bodily cues and intensity levels
- Real-life scenarios you can read and listen to
- Thought-provoking questions to spark insight
- A curated quote to anchor the lesson emotionally
By the end of this course, you’ll have a refined emotional vocabulary and the confidence to name what you feel with clarity—and that changes everything.
